Little Old Norfolk, Oh i just Love it!! x

There is soo much more that meets the eye in Norfolk. The Country Rose and myself have been exploring opposite aspects of Norfolk! We have spent the day exploring the one and only city in Norfolk and then moved on to explore the country side and local areas! Norfolk has so much to offer, and in this article we will tell you all about it....

Beaches and Norfolk Coasts!!

There are so many beaches in Norfolk, as we are fortunate enough to be right by the sea! It is such a lovely place to go for a walk , and to go fossil hunting!! We have so many beaches to explore each with a different story! Here are some Pictures...

Wells Next to The Sea! What a cute beach this is , i simply love it , the town is so friendly, and there is the cutest ice cream van there, selling some of the best ice cream ever... Guaranteed, it is unusual compared to others as it is Covered in fake grass with Daisies, such a cute creative idea, in the home of Norfolk so many wonderful ideas occur :)

Sheringham! Sheringham is such a lovely town and there is no better place to go on a hot day but down to Sheringham beach, i myself enjoy body boarding there when i can (which isn't that often thanks to Norfolk weather!)

There are so many other beaches like Holkham , Hunstanton , Blakeney , Cromer... etc..
But unfortunately there is so much more to tell about Norfolk!

Norfolk has so many little farms, and i think it is soo sweet that they can keep going and aren't over taken by big companies!! We need the food and we need to support all the farmers, Thank you for you're hard work!!

Norfolk has so many cute little Towns, one in particular close to my heart is The Georgian Town of Holt! It has so many sweet little shops and is such a fun place to explore, it has amazing Tea-Rooms and great antique shops! They are very friendly there and i just love it!! Great way to spend you're day!!
Here are some Cute little picture!!

I simply can't write an article about Norfolk with out saying about this small cute little restaurant called Wiveton Cafe!! You can have a meal or go for a cup of tea and cake, Pick strawberries, and going round the land they have there!!
They are so welcoming and colorful and soo worth a visit!!

How Hill! This is right by the Norfolk broads and is a lovely place to go visit , with boat tours to see all of Norfolks wild life, and pond dipping! You can find out about it's history and learn what it was like to be in there shoes in the olden days!!

The one and only City in Norwich!! A place to shop till you Drop haha!! I Love it and it has such a variety of shops , all cute :)

There is soo much not said about Norfolk!! But i would literally be here for years! So why not come and see for yourself...

Visit Glaven Valley for some hospitality details if you would like to stay they have a gorgeous range of holiday cottages and places to stay!!

in particular, a favorite of mine is Turnip Barn!!
Thank you again for reading and all you're support, i hope you enjoyed having a little taster of Norfolk!!

apologies for that , sorry!

Today's blog is about vintage

books, as usual I'm going to give suggestions on what to

read and you can search up some yourself if you like the

sound of them!

Firstly, there is a book called "Frances and Bernard."

Two writers, one friendship, and an

correspondence. A glittering, smart and

sassy debut of

love, literature and letter writing. I highly

recommend it.

Secondly, is a book called "Pride and Prejudice"

This book was written by Jane Austin who has written

many books like Pride and Prejudice, its about a family of

five girls and how they are

brought up to find marriage and quickly so! However the

second eldest daughter Elizabeth Bennet has different

I hope you look into the books I have recommended and

will perhaps look up your own 'Till next time, Bye for now

I won't be writing a blog for some time now as I'm

trying to improve on school work at the moment much

Space...How to use it?? x

Hey Everyone!! I Hope your having a great Half-term, i know i am! Sorry we haven't updated the blog , since Easter but i hope that has given you a chance to explore old articles!!

Today's article is about Space! When designing any room , you must factor in space as a main thing. People say the more space the better , but i think that more space equals more gaps to fill and you can often get the "Over the top" affect. Small spaces can also be a challenge but with the right ideas and a lot of enthusiasm, small spaces can often look nicer, in my opinion, than bigger spaces. Shabby Chic designing is about feeling fresh, feeling relaxed and feeling free, but space isn't the key to that...

You will notice that in Shabby Chic interior , carpets aren't often  used normally floor boards or tiles depending on the room. This creates and open airy feel as supposed to the carpets which suggest a more cosy , sitting by the fire with a cup of tea, vibe. You may say well that vibe sounds nice and yes i will agree it does , but Shabby Chic is about being open and if a room in open it looks bigger than it may actually be.

When applying furniture to a small room you must always think necessitous for example a bedroom, furniture you must have is a bed and then storage in which ever form you wish , Chest of Draws, wardrobe etc... then there is the things that may be nice to have for example a bed side table, or a dressing table, or blanket box. You can't have all these things without it looking crowded, so you must pick and choose!

As i have said soo many a time accessories can make or break the room, they are my favorite things by far!

I have soo many articles about each of the subjects i have talked about, that unfortunately often get forgotten as they were wrote in 2012 , so i do hope everyone remembers that when designing a room , my tips are found throughout all my articles. Here are some links relevant to this article you may want to check out:

I hope these articles help, And don't forget to check out article from 2012 from The Country Rose and Snowdrop too!! Thank you For reading
